Nick, in the office, has been so helpful, so much so, that we rented two additional units from him. Excellent customer service!

Everything was a easy and smooth process and it was affordable for the time I had it

Most experiences have been good. The only negative is that when I got to the office, it was closed & there wasn't a note on the door stating that they were closed for the day. This was extremely inconvenient as I had got a ride from a friend and live 45 minutes away. I did get hold of Liz at another location and she drove over and helped me out.

I ended up renting the wrong location for my storage unit because I was new to the area but there was an employee I don't remember her name she kept calling and checking on me to make sure everything was okay
