It was very easy to access, the staff was helpful and responsive, and I felt my stuff was secure.

Communication was difficult, employees at facility were lazy and didnt help with anything. The hours of being able to access unit with the exeption of weekends were not conducive for someone that works.I would not use Cubsmart ever again!

Very expensive to park a car in an uncovered spot. IT was $100 a month. Rent was paid on April 6 I picked the car up on April 8th and nothing has been said about a refund. I think this is very unfair. I would NEVER recommend Cube Smart to anyone.

in a short period of time the rental cost has increased which is the reason I had to move my things out and find a more affordable storage unit.
