in a short period of time the rental cost has increased which is the reason I had to move my things out and find a more affordable storage unit.

After 5+ years doing business with the university and power store I have left! In recent months there has been staffing changes! The new individual may or may not be there. I’ve stopped by a various times and different times on the same day. I called after stopping by several days to finally get an answer. Was told call before coming to ensure they were there! ( basically have to schedule an appointment) then I had requested some information that only the higher ups could answer (which was told may take up to 48 hours) no call back or email with information! I had to call back after a week of waiting. The individual said answer had been received the previous week. (Poor follow up). Then I called CC with some questions and concerns with District Manager to call back. Only they didn’t called back. The individual for the location did. No resolution.!
