You locked me out repeatedly. You didn't contact me advise me of the change of ownership. You didn't continue my autopsy ad didn't tell me that you were not taking my payment by autopsy. You refused cash for payment. Your staff wasn't helpful. All in all. You were terrible.

The facility is clean and secure; very well maintained. I love the NOKE electronic access features. The staff at the facility where I rent are outstanding. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and most helpful.

Only thing that would be nice if the doors into the building didn’t need to be opened with the phone every time you go in and out. Would be nice if they had a sensor to auto open for z30 min once opened with the app.
