The place was always clean- and conveniently located for me.

I was there for 7 years. The day my stuff was put in the unit it was in excellent condition. The day i took it out it was in excellent shape . Staff was very friendly

I was very happy with Lake View storage but the transition has been difficult for many. The mgr of the facility is excellent and he had quite a few people come in and complain about being locked out every day for a while He deserves a big raise to be there

It was clean, convenient and efficient

Company was great, until it was bought out by a chain. They are not cleaning the facility like the prior owner was. I was unaware of the change, until I was emailed about a late fee. I had to go in to switch my credit card to automatic payments. I was charged eight days early for automatic payments, Which I was moving out during that timeframe. Cube smart charged me much sooner. The manager was helpful and reversed the charges.
