There was no place to enter provided access code and had to do check in and check out through office; there was not a way to do it through the app. Bathrooms were only available during office hours and had limited parking which was mostly occupied by people not storage customers.

Managers, especially Miguel, were very helpful and took a personal interest in their customers

Carts aren't available on Sundays and after 6:00 pm when the office is closed and the bathrooms are locked. It is very inconvenient when you have a restroom emergency and need to go to a store or a fast food restaurant. i used Public Storage for 11 months and they have the carts available all the time. The bathrooms are sometimes locked because you need to unlock it on your way out. Most people forget and you are unable to use the bathroom. I rented for only one (1) month at CubeSmart. Ask these questions because no one told me. The men that work there are very nice and polite but unable to solve the problem.

I was unaware that carts could only be used when the office is opened. The man should have told me when I picked up . I was with Public Storage for 10 months and never had a problem with the carts.
