The storage unit was clean, secure, and easy to access. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the rental process was quick and smooth. Great experience overall!

I moved out of your facility and the Front Desk gentleman in assured me that he would cancel my contract as soon as I drove through the gate. The contract was never canceled. I was charged for another four months rent. I spoke to the store manager she assured me that the charge would be reversed. I am still waiting for my refund.

CubeSmart increased the monthly cost by 40%. The current site manager said it was due to demand and limited openings. Online, you are advertising the same unit 50% less than my new rate. To add insult to injury, when I moved in, the past site manager asked if I liked everything to leave positive reviews on Google and to tell my friends, both of which I did. So...I was punished for helping a business I once supported. Absolutely the worst way to support customer loyalty!!!
