CubeSmart increased the monthly cost by 40%. The current site manager said it was due to demand and limited openings. Online, you are advertising the same unit 50% less than my new rate. To add insult to injury, when I moved in, the past site manager asked if I liked everything to leave positive reviews on Google and to tell my friends, both of which I did. So...I was punished for helping a business I once supported. Absolutely the worst way to support customer loyalty!!!
