Long term customers are treated poorly. Rates keep going up when new customers get incentives and lower prices.Also, some units are not a full 5x10 - since there’s a column in the back that takes away from the amount of space available for storage

I do not have any problem with the storage or the employees. The employees are super nice and helpful. I do not like your "business model' of continuing to raise the rent. I understand that rent increase everywhere. However, Cubesmart increases are large and frequent. It is completely driven by profit without any consideration for long time customers like me. I have had at least one storage unit since 2008. I want long term storage for decorations and seasonal items without having my rent raised 25% every quarter. Cubesmart needs a program/long term lease option.

I have my storage in 19500west Dixie and the Manaher “Nathan” needs to know better how to treat customers, he was one of the reasons to move out, his below 0 how his delivery the messages to customers, is a lot irregularities that I don’t like,
