The managers and attendants were quite helpful, professional, friendly and polite.

Overhead door very hard to lift. You guys never fix anything. You play games with pricing. You were charging me more for the same unit A11-A14 and A11 was better for me because it was next to A10 which I use. Overall I feel I am dealing with corporate minions that don’t care about the small business owner. My A10 rate was just raised $45 a month. That’s a 14% increase. I can understand a 4-5% increase. I also manage commercial properties.

They are very professional, polite, considerate and friendly. Overall, the staff members have been very helpful.

Units are clean and very easy access.

The nice lady and gentlemen that worked there were always so pleasant and so kind whenever I requested any help. They represented CubeSmart and their commitments to work there with a smile and with a grace that you don’t see anymore in this generation who seems indifferent to helping people. These are the kind of people I would hire all day long if I owned a business. They were outstanding customer service representatives.
