Because the price is constantly increasing !!

I rented 1 10 X 10 space for a short period while I painted my garage floor, etc. When I set up the lease I assumed they would automatically charge my credit card (my bad for assuming). The first payment was late, I contacted the office and they had already switched to auto payments using my credit card. It was the $41.52 Late Fee on the $207.60 Monthly Rental Fee. Really !! 20% Late Fee !! I will NEVER use your facilities again and every chance I get I will discourage anyone listening to avoid CubeSmart.
