Because the price is constantly increasing !!

I rented 1 10 X 10 space for a short period while I painted my garage floor, etc. When I set up the lease I assumed they would automatically charge my credit card (my bad for assuming). The first payment was late, I contacted the office and they had already switched to auto payments using my credit card. It was the $41.52 Late Fee on the $207.60 Monthly Rental Fee. Really !! 20% Late Fee !! I will NEVER use your facilities again and every chance I get I will discourage anyone listening to avoid CubeSmart.

The place is professionally managed by Armando. He’s excellent! Customer service is obviously #1 priority. The place is very clean and maintained nicely. Armando & Gigi do everything to help from opening the account to daily customer needs. Excellent!

No app access. Code box is terribly placed for entry. No rebate for lock purchase like Public storage. No Pro rate for leaving early like Public Storage.

The storage facility was always clean, ventilated that good because keeps belongings in good condition, no humidity no dust. Easy access and staff always willing to help.
