you increased prices over 100% regardless of if i was paying on time or not.you ended up charging me above market rate, so i left, and i will tell everyone I know that you overcharge.

I gave a rating of 10 because this location gave Excellent customer service. The agents there were very kind, very helpful, and accessible. I would recommend them to family, friends, and myself. I would definitely re rent from them again.
