Excellent service and support from Judith and David. I had a good experience from starting the rental till the end. I had a unique situation when closing out the rental, as I could not be in Miami, and appointed a friend in proxy to assist in my move-out. Both David and Judith were able to assist me and my friend to the fullest. Thank you for that and really appreciate the support and service rendered. The staff Judith and David may be busy, as the facility is huge, but they do give 100% where needed to customers. Will definitely consider using this facility again when I have storage needs in Miami. Thank you Judith and David. A great team.Just want to also highlight a situation when I started the rental, there was another female customer who has a unit on the Ground Level (same level as the Reception/Front Desk), and this customer used to loiter around the facility, including making her way up to Level 3 where technically she has no access to, but she tailgates/follows other customers around the building and elevator, and somehow made her way to where my unit was, to harass me (speaking and yelling at me in Spanish), and to some other customers. Apparently, she picks her "targets" to harass and bully.When I brought this up to Judith and David, they acted pretty swiftly to address the issue/situation, and giving limited access to the difficult customer/troublemaker.Thank you for acting fast and for providing a safe and mentally healthy place for all CubeSmart customers when they are at the facility. Appreciate it.Thank you.
