Excellent customer service and so easy to set it up.

My husband rented tmstorage unit with a contract stating he was going to pay 200 per month. Shortly after we moved a 3 bedroom home in the unit, CubeSmart decided to double our rent on the unit without a new contract or explanation. That is bad customer service and taking advantage of the elderly.

It was easy to rent, convenient, clean, customer service was very nice and helpful.

I didn't understand that insurance was required when opening my rental agreement. I did rent about 4:30 and tried to get my home insurance company to use my policy but could not get them because it was 5 pm when I called and it was .closed.So I paid for Travel's ins, which I did not want. My vehicle was loaded to move and I needed to store my items.

Entry into the gate is a pain (if it is even closed) a rfid or qr code scanner is need. Lot was never properly plowed all snow was against the units forcing you to shovel it your self. Power and light is “not guaranteed” in the units which is ridiculous. Unit did not stay dry during heavy rains or melting snow.

Cost of unit started low and went up significantly in a short period of time.

Cost effective and not gouging customers. Great customer service on phone and in person at the local office.

The employees are kind and helpful however my boxes were like soggy from the humidity so i wouldn’t do outdoor storage again. It was super hard moving soggy boxes

Got my storage unit in good time to move in to.
