The rate increase was substantial.

When I first moved in the monthly fee was good. After a couple months went up $100 a month. It's funny tho cause I know other people with the same size unit (10 x30) and they don't pay the same as me. Never recomnd this place.

I signed a lease at a rate of ~$135 per month. With 2 months my rate was increased by 50% to ~180 per month. It was a bait and switch after I had moved all of my things into the unit. The woman who helped me told me my rate would be the same for the 6 months I needed the unit. I would never recommend CubeSmart to anyone
