Cube Smart is the management company not the owner. I was with this storage business from the first day it opened and that management company was stellar. We were promised added security within the temp controlled unit because of the homeless population in the area. I cleared my unit for added bandwidth for the cameras and then the management team was released and in three days Cube Smart arrived and acted like the owner. I was told by the past insurance company that the property was sold - boo hiss cube Smart - gravel roads that make winter snow impossible and staff that acts like they are too busy making repairs to be in the office

Honestly you manage the site. We were promised interior cameras for safety, and the concrete wasn’t sealed and with the rocks as pavers, the winters and snow are impossible. I’ve been with Coastal (owner) from day one and it’s never gotten better

I was not pleased with the lack of communication. No follow up call or email. My rent went from 222 to 264 with no explanation, when I sent an email expressing my frustration the rate changed to 236, however still no email, no phone call. I had the same experience in the winter when I voiced my concern over the lack of heat in my unit. In person, the staff is nice and professional. I am disappointed in the lack of follow up and suggest working on this would go a long way.Kind regardsGary
