I was there for the incident in building 10 when the homeless person being evicted took an ax to all of the doors. The uneasiness I felt after this forced me to eliminate my storage unit. I was told cameras were going to be installed INSIDE the building, that never happened.

Very clean facility in a great location. The climate controlled interior unit was great and I never had any issues in the 3 months I rented. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

I would give 10 but trying to contact the local rep on site is a chore. Only once did I get a someone to pick up the phone and answer a simple question without me showing up in person to ask the question. Please understand, everyone who was in that office was cordial and helpful when I saw them personally. Phones and the answering / messaging service that is used? Not so good. The storage unit itself was clean, well lit and temp controlled as advertised. I will be back in the next few months hoping to get another unit then. All in all, a very good facility.
