- I appreciated the convenience of my CubeSmart storage bin; it is in the center of town and closest to where I live.- I appreciated the cleanliness of my CubeSmart storage bin.- I appreciated the ability to manage my CubeSmart rental online.- I really appreciated the professionalism, responsiveness, and friendliness of the CubeSmart on-site manager.- I really did NOT appreciate my fees increasing roughly every six months, to the point where they were approaching 200% of my initial rate.

Dan the manager was excellent: an 18-wheeler truck was literally waiting for me as I hurried to open an account and secure a space. He found one that was easily accessible for the movers, got us a great deal and helped us figure out the insurance. Thank you so much!

It’s affordable and you can reserve your units online, which is really nice. I would have preferred to use a local place instead of a chain, but this was the only business in the area that had any availability. So, it’s easy and affordable, and the availability of units is solid.

Ease of operation friendly staff accessibility to the unit because it was winter time there was a little bit of ice and I had to work a little harder to get the door open.

Did not like the price increase, but the service was excellent. Appreciated the attentiveness and kind, helpful staff.
