It’s affordable and you can reserve your units online, which is really nice. I would have preferred to use a local place instead of a chain, but this was the only business in the area that had any availability. So, it’s easy and affordable, and the availability of units is solid.

Ease of operation friendly staff accessibility to the unit because it was winter time there was a little bit of ice and I had to work a little harder to get the door open.

Dan was excellent — 10/10.My overall experience with CubeSmart is a 6.5/10, but I’m rating the company 10/10 to ensure it doesn’t reflect negatively on Dan.The reason I moved out is because a few months into renting, my monthly rate increased by about $65 per unit. At that point, it made more sense to invest $6,000 in a waterproof shipping container instead.
