The prices start out very low and within a few years it has more than doubled. Many other storage places out there and the prices barely go up. My son has one and it has only gone up $20 in the past three years

You offered a good rate when we got in and we were told the rate may go up depending on occupancy of the storage units and shortly thereafter the rate went up and I see almost half the units tagged as empty - maybe if you locked the rate we wouldn't have rushed to get out by the end of the month
