Because Naomi M. at the Middlefield store was by far the most professional, informative, friendly and helpful Customer Service Representative that I have ever encountered during my 15 year stay in Connecticut.It also helps that the facility was modern and super clean. CubeSmart is a very professional enterprise.

The prices start out very low and within a few years it has more than doubled. Many other storage places out there and the prices barely go up. My son has one and it has only gone up $20 in the past three years

You offered a good rate when we got in and we were told the rate may go up depending on occupancy of the storage units and shortly thereafter the rate went up and I see almost half the units tagged as empty - maybe if you locked the rate we wouldn't have rushed to get out by the end of the month

Good price and good location. GM was very helpful on the phone when I had some questions about a unit.
