Very easy to do online and the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone explained everything perfectly. Thought I would have a problem when I got there at the gate, but no,it was very easy navigate.

After the initial rate ended, the increase was no longer affordable. With no incentive to continue the use for a reduced rate it became difficult to keep.
