The units and property are kept in good condition. I also appreciate the security I felt both for my things as well as for myself when onsite. Price is the biggest drawback. Initial prices are good increases happen with only a months warning and more than once a year. Of course, we’d all be better off not keeping so much that we need long term storage!

This facility is terrific. Anthony is superb. Always a pleasurable experience doing business with him. This location is immaculate in cleanliness and well managed. This is my second year in a row doing business with Anthony.

Store manager was very rude at the Middletown,CT store. Other employee there were very kind and helping. The store manager always had an attitude with me and my daughter even after me telling him I was a recent transplant patient and my daughter would help me..

The management was nice. The storage units were impeccable, and the climate control was just perfect. And I was always able to find a trolley to move items.
