Everything from moving into the unit, completing the set up, using the app, and calling into the office was super efficient and easy to use and navigate. Taylor was very helpful and was able to assist me in my move in and out of the unit. I’ve never had a single issue with them, and also thought their prices were moderate for that size unit you got, but i know that’s not necessarily the locations issue. Overall i would recommend!
