I would have stayed with you and would have recommended you but you increased my rate twice in less than 2 years to where my new rate was almost double from when I first rented the unit. I was told when I got the unit that my rate would stay the same for as long as I owned it. That was a big lie.

Did not care for the way that you kept raising your monthly fee. I am now in a larger and taller unit at a fixed rate that is more than one half less than what the monthly fee will be next billing cycle..

We have had our RV storage site for more than 12 years. Our payments are on autopay. Today, 6/4/26, you sent me this message requesting feedback "before you say farewell." We are currently in Newfoundland, CA and will be until August. After receiving this message, I immediately called to find out what was going on. The gal that answered the phone said our credit card did not go through because of an expired expiration date. I advised that we were not contacted about this. She looked it up and said "we left you a voicemail message." My phone plan does not allow phone calls in Canada and it has been turned off since we arrived here at the end of April. However, we have Starlink and therefore internet. We did not receive any email message regarding the expired expiration date. This is the method Cube Smart has always communicated with us regarding payments, etc. We ARE NOT/HAVE NOT vacated our site. We need to be contact immediately regarding this issue. We can be reached at cdeleeuw@comcast.net, or, my wife's cell phone 734-740-0760. We need to hear from Cube Smart immediately.

I had started with a larger unit until we could sort through items from my duplex in Milan. As I was helping with family members in other states, it was so handy to leave furniture & items not needed near where I am now able to move back to. Thank you!

The price of the unit roughly tripled over the four years I rented it. Incremental increases are understandable, but that was excessive.
