Having had a storage unit for many years, I feel that your yearly price increases are too high (well above the inflation rate). Also your insurance is only a selling scheme to make a new client feel good, but if you read the fine print it is almost worthless to the person making a claim as they exempt or depreciate most of the goods of value that a person would store.

Storage is on one floor and is easy to find. The office personnel (Kim) is sincerely helpful and has the most wonderful friendly speaking voice.It’s close to my home which makes getting in and convenient.All in all, it fills my needs which i suppose is point.
