The representativeI I dealt with, I believe her name was Kim, was polite and friendly. She seemed knowledgeable about the storage facility on a whole. If more of your employees were like her Iā€™m sure it would boost sales for Cube Smart overall šŸ™‚

I was on Automatic payment.Cube smart server for cc payment lost connection with host. This caused a $30.00 late fee. Both manager and regional manager refused to reverse charge. Your fault not mine.
