Because your prices are too high, and you have raised them in 30.00 increments twice this year.. also your insurance fees are too high! We moved to Guardians In Franklin ma, they increase once a year 10.00! Their insurance is 10.00 per month for up too 2000.00 in damages! My unit at cube smart had a leak and rusty water got on a lot of my things! I will never recommend Cube smart to anyone! I moved out 5 days early and you don’t pro rate.. it’s a no brainer! Let’s seee if you offer me me any compensation for rusty water on my belongings! I’ll be waiting to hear from you!

I chose this storage for the price and location, but the overall experience was very poor. Despite being fully paid, I received an email stating my belongings could be auctioned while I was out of the country. After moving out and notifying management, I was incorrectly charged for an extra month due to unclear instructions and lack of communication. Multiple emails and calls went unanswered. Very disorganized staff. I do not recommend.

I was storing bins of clothes and within the first couple months I found mice had made a nest in two of the bins I was storing there everything in those bins had to be thrown out because it was chewed through or soaked in mouse urine or fecesa 5x5 room should not be $170 a month. I opened this unit three years ago for under $90 a month. I thought back then that was a lot for what I was getting. In less than three years the rental has just about doubled. I couldn't take it anymore. Had to close it. Not worth the money especially since no one is ever in the office onsite.

My storage unit was broken into, and I discovered this last night. The level of response from CubeSmart has been absolutely unacceptable.After discovering the break-in, I filed a police report, and even the Milford Police Department attempted to contact CubeSmart using the emergency line. Not even the police could reach anyone. That alone is extremely alarming for a company responsible for safeguarding people’s belongings.To make things worse, the on-site employee incorrectly assumed I had moved out simply because the lock was broken. I then went to two different CubeSmart locations today trying to get help, and not a single employee was present at either facility. No one answered the phones, no one responded to emails, and both the manager and general manager failed to reply despite being aware of the situation.I have tried every available method to reach someone, and I have received zero support during a serious security breach involving my personal property.This situation is not just inconvenient; it is dangerous, negligent, and reflects extremely poorly on CubeSmart’s security and operations. Customers trust CubeSmart to protect their belongings, and the complete absence of accountability, staff availability, and emergency response is unacceptable.This needs immediate attention.
