Great service

The rent increased significantly every few months. It wasn't a small increase either, it was large increases every time. I paid on time every month for the year and a half I stored my belongings there, so the large rent increase was greedy especially for one of the smallest units offered there.

The Millis facility is over run with rodents, and the roof leaks in the section where my unit (174) was located. The staff was friendly and informed me that corporate would not do anything to improve the facility. I would never recommend this facility.

The price was good for the first three months. Staff was kind and generous with my concerns. Felt the presence of good vibes aling with honesty and openness. My not concern was the prices were too high for me to cobtinue to rent. Thank you for your service.

Nobody was ever in the office during open hours. Made it impossible to bring in payment, when I had a tour scheduled or when my entry code didn’t work.

Your facility is extremely clean. Availability to get to my unit was awesome. Your staff is unbelievable! Gwen is the perfect person to have working for you. Her personality and knowledge is outstanding! I almost felt guilty for leaving. Thank you very much!

I have a low score because you get people in for a reasonable price and then within months you start raising prices. I thought the price was reasonable for $118 a month. Even if it went up to $150 a month it would have been fine. But once it hit $212 I knew I had to get out. Other than that, it was a decent space.. Gewn the Manager was the absolute BEST. Please treat her right because she is awesome! And is great at customer service.

Process to rent the storage unit was easy and manager was helpful. No problem opening the storage unit and easy to lock.
