The price was good for the first three months. Staff was kind and generous with my concerns. Felt the presence of good vibes aling with honesty and openness. My not concern was the prices were too high for me to cobtinue to rent. Thank you for your service.

Nobody was ever in the office during open hours. Made it impossible to bring in payment, when I had a tour scheduled or when my entry code didn’t work.

I have a low score because you get people in for a reasonable price and then within months you start raising prices. I thought the price was reasonable for $118 a month. Even if it went up to $150 a month it would have been fine. But once it hit $212 I knew I had to get out. Other than that, it was a decent space.. Gewn the Manager was the absolute BEST. Please treat her right because she is awesome! And is great at customer service.

Process to rent the storage unit was easy and manager was helpful. No problem opening the storage unit and easy to lock.

The 3 employees I dealt with at the Millis location were pleasant and very helpful when I needed help or had a question. I didnt like that the exterior door to enter the storage facility was never locked or shut tightly. The room was clean and what I needed so overall good experience.
