the staff is very nice and helpful

The 3 employees I dealt with at the Millis location were pleasant and very helpful when I needed help or had a question. I didnt like that the exterior door to enter the storage facility was never locked or shut tightly. The room was clean and what I needed so overall good experience.

Unit was good and most things were okay. Had some issues with autopay but got straightened out. Also didn't do a great job in clearing access to the unit after it snowed.

Easy to rent a unit online, was able to reach someone in the office if needed and they were very helpful.
