CubeSmart in Millis was recommended to me by my daughter-in-law. There is a woman named Gwen who works in the office who very clearly wants to make sure that the customer is happy and gets what they want. I've met her twice now and clearly customer service is alive and well! I'm very happy with my decision!

Staff was unfamiliar with our status. we were already moved in on Oct. 4 when i got a call about when we would move in on Oct 6, but the website reservation worked well
