CubeSmart in Millis was recommended to me by my daughter-in-law. There is a woman named Gwen who works in the office who very clearly wants to make sure that the customer is happy and gets what they want. I've met her twice now and clearly customer service is alive and well! I'm very happy with my decision!

Staff was unfamiliar with our status. we were already moved in on Oct. 4 when i got a call about when we would move in on Oct 6, but the website reservation worked well

I loved the welcome bag with the free lock which was exactly the kind of lock I wanted. It is also a very nice facility that conveniently allowed me to do the rental completely online rather than making me wait til business hours. This was a huge help! I have already been recommending it to others.

The unit was always accessible, clean and temp controlled. No issues. No need for me to even reach out to CubeSmart. The price did increase significantly from the start of my rental to the end though.
