I'd be less then half likely to recommend CubeSmart for the following reasons. The Price for a Unit was above other Storage companies and the rise of the initial move in rate was increased very quickly after moving in. Another reason was partially the Staff. Although they aren't terribly inconsiderate they certainly run a tight ship when it comes to adjustment to the customers needs. Refusing to allow customers with the disposal of trash is unlike other Major Storage facilities I'm familiar with. So CubeSmart is a little behind in that aspect. I also had a brief encounter where I was told not to allow other people into my Unit or floor. I was selling items so I didn't leave a bunch of stuff behind for CubeSmart to sale or deal with. I never let anyone in to come up and look at what I was selling however I was told to "not let the buyers into the facility." I explained the person I was allowing in was someone helping me move and she quickly corrected herself. I did not understand why that would have been an issue if that's what I was doing but I'm sure it has a reason in the fine print somewhere. Not a huge issue but that was an uncourteous exchange in my opinion. It was unlike quality customer service that I am familiar with. Another big reason why I would be less likely to recommend CubeSmart is the Facility itself. Although it's a nice clean building it's also unequipped with ample lighting. Not having a light in my Unit (or any direct line of glare although partially because of my units location in that aspect) was a big problem for me having to store or remove items from the Unit without having a flashlight. Not having access to a power source like an outlet I didn't like however I know that is possibly common with most units because of insurance purposes. But not having light was a big reason why I didn't like this particular Storage Facility. Another additional thing I personally didn't appreciate was the restroom access. They only offered access to a restroom to the first floor units which is not accessible without having a unit on that exact floor or having to go through the office during hours of operation in order to use the facility. In my opinion that is more of another building construction flaw. Having a Restroom accessible for all would have been either a separate room that was opened with one code for all or just allowing all to have access to the first floor which apparently was an issue and they decided to lock every floor out without going through the office during open hours. Outside of those dislikes I really liked the availability of hand carts to transport Storage items up and down the elevator. That was convenient and above other storage units Ive used. I would have given a higher score but you don't have carts out for us. I had to go to the third floor to get one and come back to my car. Other than that everything has been good so far.

Well maintained and clean facility overall. Friendly and helpful staff; they accommodated my ask to store a vehicle for a time in one of our units. Opportunities: why is the bathroom almost always out or nearly out of TP? And please fix that darn toilet seat. Pricing is a bit steep, but generally worth it.

Nice place and great customer service at the front desk

The sign up process was very simple. The prices were the best in the area. The facility is very secure, very clean, and climate controlled. The app is very simple, but had everything you would need to make the experience easier.
