Facility is not well maintained. The bathrooms have been out of order for the entire 18 months I had a unit. Sometimes the lights randomly wouldn’t work. There was garbage in the garages and outside the facility. The entry door stopped working from the outside.

Carts are in disrepair. No longer have a truck to use. Price went up $15/month

I have been with CubeSmart for almost ten years. The price increases over the last 1-2 years have been outrageous. The lack of bathrooms when the office is closed is also ridiculous. Lastly, the mobile app has become unreliable and I deleted it completely before deciding to leave CubeSmart.

I will only recommend it to someone I know who has a lot of money, and no respect for the property they're putting in there, and don't mind being ignored when you actually call corporate office to talk to them and they never return your call.

I was lied to when I started storing with you that the monthly rate only goes up $10-$12 per year..... Lies. You have a mouse problem! Ate through my antique chair and left the stuffing all over the floor.... But I was told to make sure that it was cleaned up when I moved out or she was going to charge me for cleaning fees. Really you have mice but I have to clean up the mess you don't take care of?

The price was right at first and after about 3 months maybe 4 the price went up.The unit was upstairs with no elevators
