Great facility, app, and customer service

I paid for 8 months in advance. I asked the gentleman who was there if price would change. He said no. When it came time to pay my bill months later, there was a change in price. Which was very frustrating. When spoke to management they said 6 months it changes price. Why didn’t I have a different price when paying for the 6 months up front?

WAY out of line in pricing. Multiple other storage facilities in the area at half the cost. Personnel don’t seem to care about the number of homeless people in the units or the fact the doors are often propped open.

I've been a customer for 13 years, They had a nearby unit that was less expensive. I'm still a customer.

I DIDNT GET MY MONEY BACK,THAT I DIDNT USE,CLOSED THE STORAGE.I ASKED TO TALK WITH SOMEONE GAVE ME A CARD TO CALL ITS A RUNAROUND.SO YOU CANT EVEN CHALLENGE IT.HORRIBALE

Service and ability to access facility continued to get worse while the price for the unit continued to rise unreasonably every year.

Easy access and very convenient to get in the doors through app.
