Consistently good service.

The staff I worked with was very, VERY HELPFUL and KNOWLEGABLE!!! I sense that I was well-taken care of and had all the resources organized so that the transition was SMOOTH!!! Terry.Gromala@state.mn.us

It was very convenient to have a storage unit, especially at this specific location (near the highway). Additionally, there being carts available for customers to use and a spot to park close to the storage units all added to convenience and quality of the service.

The online process was great. Their prices are better than some of the more popular storage places.

The entrance lock don't work well with the access code and takes repeated tries. The intercom button to reach staff does not work. No annual or pre-determined monthly date range available. Monthly charge may be increased at random times, which will impact my future use.

The facility is clean and secure, otherwise fine. Mainly didn't like the frequent price increases. Doubled in 3 yrs

I have used a storage facility where the price you start with is the price you end with - even if rates go up. When you just up the rent like that, not much can be done sometimes. In my case, I was out of MN so had no choice to move vehicle.It would be nice if this facility had a code on the inside of the gate, too, if you don't have a vehicle to drive out!!

Bathrooms never worked.Entrance door was broken for weeks before being fixed.Gate was left open for weeks.Garbage left behind by other people.Always cold.Unable to reach anyone unless you called or went in person.Rates kept increasing even though the units weren’t worth it.
