I DIDNT GET MY MONEY BACK,THAT I DIDNT USE,CLOSED THE STORAGE.I ASKED TO TALK WITH SOMEONE GAVE ME A CARD TO CALL ITS A RUNAROUND.SO YOU CANT EVEN CHALLENGE IT.HORRIBALE

I had an issue where the availability of car storage was not presented and I thought the box storage was usable as car storage. It is advisable to present Availability numbers at each location for future customers

The storage unit was easy to access. I was on a work trip and had to store some product for about a month. I needed to access every few days and it was very simple to get in and out. The facility was also clean.

It took a month to get in..the code didn't work until I met a wonderful lady..when I was upset and she helped me.The many calls we made didn't achieve results...plus, the office is supposed to be open but when we could not get in ...no one was there on a Friday..we stopped twice because sign said open and will return shortly but no one returned and we drove for 2 hours and couldn't get in..we requested a refund and again..no one followed up but we were promised a discount
