I was placed on a rate that changed monthly which I did not want. Otherwise staff and facilities were adequate. Very clean and well managed facility.

Alexandra and Shelly were extremely attentive, efficient and professional. Shelly asked me discovery questions to understand my needs, and then Shelly took me on an inspection of a unit. In approximately 20 minutes I got what I needed and was out the door. This is my second time renting a storage unit at CubeSmart - Miramar, and I would not only return but definitely recommend to friends and family.

You guys are not very nice at the prices. You make people believe the price is good, and then all of a sudden you pay for more than they told you in the beginning. I will never rent with you again

Every time I would have to go in and speak to someone they were always so helpful, professional and ready to help. Alexandra is always so pleasant and knows her stuff.

The promotion price I received was only a deal for the first couple of months. The price when up over a hundred dollars within a couple of months! There were palmetto bugs in the unit. The double doors to loading dock was non-operational for half our lease. The door to my unit was broken since I got the unit. I was told it would be repaired but I had to ask and it took over a month afterwards to get it fixed. For what I was paying I would not recommend cubesmart.

The location is absolutely GREAT. The site is always clean and spacious. The corporate staff was EXTREMELY helpful when I had an issue arise. I would highly recommend this location for any temporary or permanent storage needs a person has.

Easy to access and easy to set everything up. always clean and safe environment. Never had any issues during the 8 months I used the storage. More than enough space at a fair price for my needs
