It wasn’t kept clean after switching to Cube Smart

When I went to move out I called miramar beach Florida and they said they would do a walk through and cancel . I never heard back and then got billed for the following month , I called Back and she says we billed you as your lock is still on unit 283. Mind you we had our lock . Then she made us sign a lock cut form . She later calls to say it was their error and someone moved into the unit and it was their lock . What a nightmare and inexcusable

Courtesy, efficiency and willingness to work in a complex situation. My daughter was in a come in a hospital in Destin, FL;I was in DE recovering recovering from lunng surgery and her friends needed to pack and get her belongings out of the condo she had been renting. The people with whom we dealt in customer service and Cade and Lisa in Miramar Beach made it work!
