Carts are kept in the office and ID is required to use, however if you are done using the cart and no one is in the office, what’s the plan?No paper towels in the restrooms

The facilities could have been better maintained. One of the doors was marginal for the first year then has been completely broken for the last 3 years. The carts were very rickety. But I noticed that there were other cars in a store room of of the office. There was only one spot to unload indoors. The rest of the indoor places were apparently rented to storage of vehicles. Being in Florida with a significant chance of rain on many days , indoor unloading is a huge benefit

It is a clean facility. Shelly and Alex are extremely helpful.

Actually, the policy you have of increasing the rent every two to three months regularly is enough to give you a minus rate.

Raising prices over time

This location has 2 elevators, bathroom, carts and good staff. Rates are fair given the prices of other locations. You can load or unload either from inside parking or outside, your choice.
