Everything was fine except the astronomical increase in rental rate year after year. I have been there 5 years with an average rent increase of 30% per year. No one is seeing this kind of pay increases, I do t see how CubeSmart can justify this kind of increase.

You’re a garbage company that is only interested in milking every dime out of your customers. You DON’T about your customer base and know full well that your rate hikes will cause people to leave. Guess what??? People won’t come back!!!

Your business model of raising rates every few months to ridiculous levels is absurd. Why would I recommend your company to anyone I care about and watch you bleed them dry. I still like getting invited over for Christmas.

Because we asked that the lights to our storage be fixed and it went months without being fixed so we couldn’t see you outside our storage. When I went in and spoke to the manager, she said she had a work order and it had been in for a long time, but she wouldn’t expedite the process. The light still aren’t on and it’s been about three months.

Unfair treatment. As a long time customer I was being charged nearly triple the new customer rate. That is messes up.
