Prices were too high for a 10x10 compared to other places in the area.I understand my unit was an exterior one, but the amount of mouse droppings I kept finding indicates that the door/building isn’t rodent proof.For about a month of my lease, the gate was broken. What was I paying nearly $450 for if the storage space wasn’t in a “secured” environment?

Overall, I was satisfied with CubeSmart, however, the frequent rent increases AND the fact that new rental agreements were almost 40% less than my rate as a 2 year customer was extremely disappointing!
