Overall, I was satisfied with CubeSmart, however, the frequent rent increases AND the fact that new rental agreements were almost 40% less than my rate as a 2 year customer was extremely disappointing!

Found out the hard way that the measurements of each unit are “estimated”. My unit is over 2 feet short of what was advertised, which greatly affects my storage procedures.
