My storage fee increased. I wanted to move to another Cube Smart that was alot less expensive, but was not sure if I could do that with an existing account. So I cleared my items out by the 1st of February. I went back by to snap a Pic of the cleared unit. The rude employee told me I still owed for the month and now I just got an email for next month's bill. I would love to speak with someone to get some clarity on how this all went wrong.
