I would like to speak with someone to get some clarity on the situation

My storage fee increased. I wanted to move to another Cube Smart that was alot less expensive, but was not sure if I could do that with an existing account. So I cleared my items out by the 1st of February. I went back by to snap a Pic of the cleared unit. The rude employee told me I still owed for the month and now I just got an email for next month's bill. I would love to speak with someone to get some clarity on how this all went wrong.

Everything went smoothly and Visa did an amazing job meeting our needs and exceeding them. Very thankful.
