A last minute relocation turns into a two year rental term. Folks were accommodating, terms were easy. Was never quite sure when I was going to close my rental term, but when the time came everything was pretty seamless. The gentleman, Hutch, and his team are pretty great!

I really only have one name to mention here: Hutch.Over the course of almost a year with two storage units, Hutch was consistently one of the most personable, detail-oriented, and genuinely helpful people I’ve ever dealt with in any business. Every time I stopped by to check on my units, I always enjoyed our conversations. He’s just one of those people who naturally makes customers feel welcomed and valued.Honestly, I probably would have moved my stuff out sooner if it weren’t for Hutch. Life simply moved on and it was time. 😃

I've had my storage units there a few times never had a problem, always got a long well with Hutch at the front Desk really nice guy. Very helpful

Found cube smart to be a nice facility unfortunately with the winter we had the snow was pushed up were my camper was parked. Very large mount and in early April I wanted to get my camper out and I asked for the mount to be removed. I was told no and I had to spend 5 hours of breaking this down to get the camper out.

The fact that you saw my lock was gone and closed my account was perfect for me.
