Overall very good experience. Rapid and significant price increases were the worst issue. Facility clean and staff very helpful.

Everyone is very helpful

The facility was easy to access, and they had the perfect size unit that I needed. It was clean and stayed dry during the snow and rain.

I don’t like how quickly after a couple of months the prices just keep going up. I guess all storage units do this, but it was a really big number after the promo ends

Excellent customer service from Hutch. Very helpful. Assisted with move in an answered our questions. The facility is convenient and access to our unit was efficient.

Over 3 times more expensive than Extra storage with much worse conditions. Facility not well maintained and access to storage prohibited by snow even 5 days after storm. Overcharged for late fees. Payment options were not convenient or helpful. Overall, the worst storage facility I have ever used.

It would have been higher but your constant increase in monthly fees got very difficult to swallow
