Very good people

The rate increase was absurd. The only good that came from it was it caused me to move and find a storgae location that cost half of what I was paying at your location.

I gave the rating based on price increases. The location of the lot isn’t specific to Cubesmart, but the pricing is. This is in a great location, but over $100 a month for outdoor storage, with a gate that doesn’t work often is high.

Great location to my residence. Convenient to enter and exit all day.

If it's the specific location I used, you have to go by there multiple times a week to make sure the gate is operational and closed. Multiple times, the gate wasn't working and so the storage facility was open to whomever wanted to go on the site. Yes, there are cameras. But when the weed growth is so high and it covers the view of the camera, what's the point of having cameras?

Things are good there except for the chuck holes in the pavement !

The driveway to the unit is very bad shape

We use storage rentals all over the country and Monroe Cubesmart staff is far above anywhere else we store. Brittney is absolutely the best!
