Service was excellent and space was safe

Too expensive to rent and due to steady rate increases I no longer couldn’t afford to stay and I had been a tenant since 2010 I see no loyalty to a long time customer like myself that paid my bill on time every month but never caught a break on rate.

Staff was very helpful. Not a big fan of the incremental increases. Shouldn’t it be discounted for the longer people stay to encourage people to store longer instead of punishing people for staying within a certain period.
