The process to sign up was easy and clear. When I arrived at the facility the staff member was extremely helpful. sorry, I don’t remember her name but it was Wednesday 3/12/26 around noon.

The general manager is great, but she has no control over the price increases, and we have gotten a price increase after 3 months!! This is absurd. Most places give you the quoted price for at least a year. They also nickel and dime you on locks, set up fees and insurance.

We really like the storage but the getting in and out was difficult. If there was another entrance besides going behind the store.
