Brittany, the property manager is awesome. Unfortunately, the company that she works for needs to do a better job of offering incentives to long term lease holders rather than continually increase the monthly fees. I have just terminated the lease on my (3) separate spaces after 20 years. The property access road is in deplorable condition and getting worse by the day. The gates are sometimes broken and the security cameras missed our robbery last fall. I was forced to move parking spots at 1 point and later lost my after hours access privileges.We relocated a short distance away to a newer, much safer, higher quality facility at a huge savings from what CubeSmart now charges. We received an additional discount by securing a 12- month lease. There is a waiting list to get in to this newer facility as you can imagine but still I ask, why would we recommend CubeSmart when there are much better options available in the region?

The parking lot at this facility is almost impassable unless you are in a truck. Beyond that the price increases make it not worth the money. We found a different unit for less than half of what we were paying.

I’ve been leasing multiple spaces at this property for over 20 years. The latest increase makes it no longer competitive with other newer, better quality properties. Between my indoor unit getting broken into and robbed last year without camera monitoring and the deteriorating roadway now becoming too dangerous to navigate, the time has come to part ways. CubeSmart has sadly lost a good customer.

The units are very clean and the lady that called was very courteous and friendly. When we got to the unit they had already shoveled the snow to the entrance. I would highly recommend them.

Rent so high for a unit with no electric, no unit lights with timers, no alarm on doors, a broken gate for 6+ months, and no pavement left. The asphalt that was "supposed" to get repaired 3 years ago nothing left but HUGE pot holes, asphalt debris chunks, and huge pools of water for cool slip and falls in the winter! 3 years of ..."oh we're getting bids" LOL--never fixed...yet within 3 months my rent went up, kept going up, and every 3 months after that. NEVER missed a beat on them rent increases. Lost my job and you had doubled my rent, asked if there was anything they could do? NOPE. Not even 10 bucks! When you keep jacking up the rent, stuff is falling apart, and never fix anything...that's called being a slumlord.Oh yeah, and it looks like the roof leaked and ruined 20% of my stuff. I'm sure you're all over right now getting bids for it.When I asked to move out on the 1st, like any normal lease across the United States, I was told NO, it goes off the move in date, Don't remember what day you moved in 3 years ago? Oh you have to move out by tomorrow or we'll charge you another full month! Happy renting from CubeSmart! I wanted to pay for the few extra days til the 1st, (pay you more money) for this whole thing to be less stressful (you know, like customer service) NOPE, not allowed to pay til 1st. Have fun moving in 24 hrs!Yeah, I'm sure to give you guys great references for the stellar customer service, deluxe accommodations, and fair pricing for 3 years. I'll be sure to tell ALL my friends and family just how amazing it was. LMAO
