Brittney always does a great job of customer service! Very quick to help if there are any issues. Not trying to complain, however the asphalt is dangerous and seriously needs replaced.

Great facility . We used them for over 2 years to store our household goods. My only complaint was the rent was raised every 3 months. We started out paying 200.00 and moved out paying over 400.00 .

The Monroe Ohio site is well organized, clean, and well managed (by Brittany). For RV and boat storage, it is convenient to I75, gated, and lit. Other places are dirty and more expensive.

Clean facility, very helpful local store representative, 24hr access

I have rented at this location many of times over the past few years, and I return because Brittany has been so great. I run an appliance business out of Indiana, but my supplier is a couple hours south of Dayton OH, so Monroe is an ideal location being right off the highway. I use many trucks that come in and out, and all tell me how great Brittany has been towards them. She’s always smiling and waving when they come in. They feel they’re customers of CubeSmart too even though they aren’t because she’s so welcoming. The prices here re a little higher than surrounding areas, but her dedication makes it worthwhile.
