Cost for a little storage unit kept creeping up.

Snow was present in front of the rental unit. Was told that was their policy that renters remove their own snow right in front of the unit. I had to borrow a snow shovel because I didn’t expect that especially when you rent the unit for $140 per month

The buildings are clean, organized and fairly priced.

I called to check on availability of a unit and received excellent service. I reserved a unit went to the office everything was ready and with all the snow I returned the next day with items to place in unit. There was no problem with access code or entering my unit it was clean and the size is perfect. Thank you staff was professional and pleasant knowledgeable

the rent was increased 3 times making to expensive to keep went to a family-owned storage where i pay half for same size went from paying 330 to 145

Excellent staff, but not sure about the biannual price increases.

Both Andrew and Raquel were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and explained how everything worked what I would need to do when I came to rent the unit Raquel was there in the office. She walked me through everything told me about the app, went with me to the unit, realizing it hadn’t been swept out she went back to the office, got a broom to sweep it out, so it would be clean when I moved my things in.
