Rachel was professional, super sweet, and very knowledgeable and helped me throughout the process of obtaining the correct unit to store some very sentimental items. The units inside and area inside is super clean and loading equipment all were new and works well. Even my movers were complimenting the cleanliness and niceness inside and out.

Snow was present in front of the rental unit. Was told that was their policy that renters remove their own snow right in front of the unit. I had to borrow a snow shovel because I didn’t expect that especially when you rent the unit for $140 per month

I called to check on availability of a unit and received excellent service. I reserved a unit went to the office everything was ready and with all the snow I returned the next day with items to place in unit.
