Staff is always friendly and the units are clean and doors great shape. Proces are competitive though.

The unit is very clean and the price is reasonable. They staff at the Eastampton, NJ location is very nice.

Storage facility was fine, price was not. Went from $138 to over $200 in less than 18 months. I only had a 10 x 10 unit.

My last unit I had in levittown was broken into and management didn't know what happened this unit the door was jammed and so for that I don't know if I would recommend it

Thaw amount the price rise over the time I had the unit was high in my opinion

Initial rate at move in was great and I knew that my monthly rate would increase. But I consider a 47% increase over approximately 9 months as poor business and taking advantage of your customers. Had I known rates would go up every 3 months, I doubt you would have ever gotten my business.
