Staff was awesome. Friendly and personable. They helped accommodate me. The facility is nice. The only thing I didn’t like or understand was the up-charges randomly. But they gave you a week-two week notice so I was appreciative of that. Will definitely still use CubeSmart again within the near future. Thank you

The service from the employees was exceptional. all questions answered clearly and politely. The access is easy and secure. and the unit was clean and ready for me when I booked.

The staff(Erika and Mike) were fabulous to deal with. The property is very well maintained and they seem proud to show their sites. Great job!
